ERMA Group is formally known as David Reid Homes Melbourne East (DRHME) was established in 2006 as a custom design residential home builder which service predominantly south east & bay side area of Melbourne.

 

The company’s philosophy is to thoughtfully create the best possible home for the individual client, suited to its unique site, to a definite price and time frame. The success of the company is based around key people and relationships. A family owned company with build capacity being limited at around 10 – 15 homes per year, Erma Group focuses on high quality & excellent attention to details for each home.

 

Erma Group enlists a small team yet most professional staffs, including a combined 35 years’ experience of talented builders, inspiring draftsmen, highly skilled project manager & tradesmen as well as landscape designer. Additionally the company’s interest & experience in property investment provides a greater understanding on town planning & feasibility study.
